This morning I had a vision of me with a salt shaker in my hand shaking it on top of someone’s head. Yay! I’m hearing Jerry Lewis pounding that piano of his singing: “There’s a whole lotta shakin’ goin’ on!” and yep, there is!

When my son’s dog Ziggy wants a treat, he has to obey commands to get it: “Stay! Give me your paw!” and “Shake, shake, shake!” I tell him. We have to do the same thing, except God asks for our hand, not our paw!”

Do you realize that when God’s people prayed, the house was shaken? (Acts 4: 31)…. that all the men on the face of the earth shall shake at His presence? (Ezekiel 38: 20)…. that God is going to shake all the nations? (Haggai 2: 7) …. that the powers of heavens will be shaken? (Luke 21: 26)…. and that BOTH heaven and earth shall be shaken? (Hebrews 12:26)

Have you ever thought about how God is going to do these things? Could it be through us? I suggest that His Word is going to roar out of His people in these final days…. Yes, out of YOU and out of me: We are going to get our little salt shakers out, and shake what we got on some heads that will be getting free because of our salt. Don’cha know there’s going to have to be a lot of shaking to stir up and get out what’s in carnal minds? So many have believed the Harlot’s teachings that are not so, along with other lies, and those thoughts, even demons, have been in them far too long.

One of the symbolic meanings of salt is “understanding.” We are instructed in Colossians 4: 6: “Let your speech (be) always with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer every man.” This is not the time to to be silent, brethren: it’s the time to shake, shake, shake what we’ve got on some big heads, dumb heads, lazy heads and know-it-all ones. I never thought about salt having the power to deliver people, but truly, understanding is one of the greatest powers there is. We accumulate it every time we do God’s will, and then in time, we not only have salt shakers, we become them.

So now I say to you what I say to Ziggy: “Shake! Shake! Shake!” Then “Pepper-uppers” (ministering spirits) will join you, and nations shall be our inheritance.

Oh yes, the kingdoms of this world shall become the kingdoms of our Lord! Hallelujah!
