It’s Bread For Us

Do you have a mighty slingshot in your hand with a few diamond (truth) stones ready to kill giants? Are you single-eyed? Are you fearless? If so, it’s time to take down the giants in your life, as it will take a courageous heart armed with truth and the power of God to do it. How many of us will be like Joshua and Caleb, and how many will be like the Israelites who had no faith? Think of it: God’s people had been victorious in many, many battles on their way to Canaan, and they knew about David slaying Goliath, but unbelief paralyzed them. I think of what great expectations they must have had. It was a land full of milk and honey with fruit beyond their imagination, but even though God told them that the land was theirs, they let fear and unbelief steal it from them.

Two nights ago I heard the word “Nephilim” in my sleep. I’ve never given much thought to the giants who came out of the sons of God breeding with the daughters of men. (Genesis 6: 1-4) Some interpretations state that they were fallen angels, not the sons of God, but the focus of this writing is not on anything literal, but on the truth we’re to know from what they represent. Before I get into that though, I want to point out that at the time the giants were born, men were so wicked that God repented He had ever made man. He shortened their days because of their wickedness and as you know, He caused a flood to wipe them all out, except for Noah and his family. There is no doubt in my mind that we have come to such a time as that, and I believe the reason God gave me the word “Nephilim” was to bring awareness of how close we are to the end of the age. We’re about to see God’s consuming fire burn like an oven, and He wants us to be like the three Hebrew children who had not even a hair on their heads scorched.

Everything in the old testament is a type and shadow of truth for the present, so let’s take a look at what the giants spiritually represent, who were also referred to as “mighty men of old, men of renown.” I believe that the sons of God symbolize the seed of God’s Word mixed with the teaching and wisdom of men (the daughters/fruit of men) and what is formed from them together are giant heresies (RELIGION) that take the place of TRUTH, purity, and intimacy with God. Tradition, religious practices and beliefs are some of the giants that must be combated and destroyed before we can come into PERFECTION having all the promises fulfilled…. even the fullness of God and a fully redeemed body.

The Nephilim we are facing today are not only the corrupted mixture of beliefs and ways, but also people (men of renown) in high places of authority who embody them. In the parable of the sower in the new testament, we see that the seed was also men, and likewise it’s true of the Nephilim.

The call to God’s people is: “Come out of Babylon! The voice of the Bridegroom is not heard in her!” Hear it!: If we can’t hear His voice, one thing is for certain:…. We won’t be the Bride getting married to our Lord. Oh that we won’t be the ones who hear the words: “Depart from me I never knew you!” Remember: We can have all the gifts of the Spirit and not know “The Truth, The Way, and The Life.”

These are solemn words my brethren. Each of us must thoroughly examine every teaching we have received and believed, because the sealing of the 144,000 virgins is about to begin. That these are virgins signifies that they have no mixture in them… They have not fornicated with the world and with the religious systems that have twisted and perverted God’s Word.

So come on now: Let’s get our slingshots out, take mighty aim at those Nephilim, cut off their heads and bring them down. Oh yes! That’s the way to get “ahead”! Then, the Land of Milk and Honey will be ours, and the giants will be our bread! Hallelujah!
